Kort was a 23rd century Klingon man. Up until the restructuring of the Klingon Empire after the Praxis explosion, Kort served the empire as a forecaster. After the beginning of Chancellor Azetbur's reconstruction regime, Kort was reduced to working as an intermediary between smugglers and weapon merchants.
