Biography[]
Kozinski served in engineering aboard the Federation starship USS Tubman during an Academy training mission in an asteroid field in the year 2368.
When Geordi La Forge was injured by a Catarr attack on the Tubman, Specialist First Class Sonya Gomez ordered Kozinski and Barron to take the unconscious chief engineer to sickbay. (TNG comic: "Wet Behind the Ears")
