Krechma

Krechma was a male Ferengi.

A notable figure in Ferengi society, Krechma's business tactic became known as the Krechma Offensive. Krechma would instill fear in his competitors by making them think that their goods were substandard or that a new competitor had emerged. Krechma's career came to an end when he died in an accident at a strip mining concern when he was crushed by a vehicle. Rom thought the manner of Krechma's death suspicious but considered him his hero. (DS9 novel: Saratoga)
