The Kressari are a spacefaring species from the planet of the same name. (ST reference: Star Trek Star Charts)

Biology

Kressari irises can change color. These colors include black, white, blue, violet and vermillion. (DS9 novels: Fearful Symmetry, The Soul Key)

History

In 2354, Darrah Mace made a rendezvous with the Kressari. (TN novel: Night of the Wolves)

The Kressari do not possess a military and are known as traders of botanical DNA. However, in 2370, the Cardassians used the Kressari to smuggle weapons to the Circle as a way to destabilize Bajor and keep their involvement secret. (DS9 episodes: "The Circle", "The Siege")
