Krueger was a member of Starfleet in the 24th century.
In an alternate timeline, Krueger was a crewmember of the USS Enterprise-F. In 2388, Krueger was killed when the Enterprise-F was destroyed by the Grigari after the starship engaged them after the destruction of Earth.
In 2400, Thomas Riker mentioned Krueger to Benjamin Sisko when recalling the Enterprise-F crew who had died. (DS9 novel: The War of the Prophets)
