Ksanna MacDonald was a 23rd century Klingon/Human hybrid woman who resided on Sheridan's World.
Biography[]
In 2268, a year after the Organian Peace Treaty was enacted, MacDonald's parents settled on the planet following a colonial initiative among 200 Humans and Klingons orchestrated by the Organians. Fifteen years later, on reference stardate 2/2104, a plebiscite was held among the populace to vote on becoming an independent world or aligning with the Federation or Klingon Empire. In the late 2260s, MacDonald was born to Colony Co-Administrator Thadeus MacDonald and Science Officer Kbarra sutai-Pallara MacDonald. She was the first child born on the Sheridan's World colony. Her birth was viewed by most colonists as representative of the colony's vision of Humans and Klingons cohabiting in peace.
While growing up, she spoke Galacta and Klingonaase, and learned to play the violin. She dreamed of attending a university in the Federation.
In 2283, MacDonald was fourteen years old when citizens voted on the colony's future. She was one of 49 children and 21 hybrids born by that time. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
