Ksenneta was a 25th century Klingon Empire citizen, a Ferasan man in Klingon Defense Force service in the 2410s decade. By the year 2411, Ksenneta held the position of Alliance Chairman in the Khitomer Alliance.

Biography[]

Ksenneta adopted the new Alliance uniform, a white, quilted outfit with insignia for the Klingon Empire on the right shoulder, and the four-star bars attached on either side of the collar. The department affiliation was a gold patch on the left shoulder.

During the Klingon Civil War of 2411 between forces loyal to J'mpok, Chancellor of the High Council of the Klingon Empire, and Matriarch J'Ula of House Mo'Kai, Chairman Ksenneta agreed to shelter J'Ula and her entourage in the subsections of Alliance HQ in Khitomer City on Khitomer II. They were found out by General Martok, who sided with J'Ula after she was betrayed by Aakar. Aakar brought J'Ula's mycelial superweapon aboard the IKS Kris'tak, and J'mpok had it fired on Khitomer City.

Adet'pa considered Ksenneta an "old fool" for having been misled so easily by both factions. He, along with other present delegates, rushed to evacuate HQ when it was consumed by a slowly advancing wall of doom of mycelial matter.

J'mpok blamed the attack on J'Ula, leading to Ksenneta's Allied Fleet Service ship AFS Khitomer to remain with the loyalist faction. (STO - House Divided mission: "The Khitomer Discord")
