History[]
In the year 2409, Commander Kubus was in charge of security in the city of Hathon. During the Second Occupation of Bajor by the Terran Empire, Kubus believed Bajoran officers were most effective in keeping the peace among the local population. An Alpha Quadrant Alliance away team visiting the city learned about Commander Kubus from a Bajoran checkpoint officer but they did not meet Kubus himself.
