L'Astrance was a restaurant in the city of Paris on the planet Earth in the mid 24th century.

History and specifics[]

L'Astrance overlooked the city's Eiffel Tower, and was noted for its Soufflé au Bleu d'Auvergne and crème brûlée. It was Deanna Troi's favorite place to eat on Earth, and she and Will Riker enjoyed a holographic recreation of the restaurant on the holodeck of the USS Enterprise-E in the 2370s decade.
