Constable LLiksze was a Morassian of the Uk'lean species. By 2365 she was the overseer of the Preserve, supervising planning, construction, import and security. She reported directly to the Morassian Constabulary Government and represented the Preserve and its surrounding territories.
Although the planet was considering Federation membership, LLiksze had her own reservations since this membership would impose new laws in the Morassian culture and compromise their freedom of action. Doctor Vi Hyunh-Foertsch accused LLiksze of smuggling in order to damage the planet's chances for Federation membership. (TNG video game: A Final Unity)
