Lam was a Breen individual and member of the military of the Breen Confederacy.
During the Dominion War, Lam served as a bodyguard and aide to Thot Gor. Lam questioned the Breen alliance with the Dominion, but kept his own counsel. (DS9 episode: "The Changing Face of Evil", CCG set: ST, card: "In a Mirror Darkly")
