Lamenda IV was a planet located in the space of the galaxy's Alpha Quadrant, the fourth planet in the Lamenda star system, in the same star system as Lamenda Prime. Lamenda IV had several moons, which the Federation starship USS da Vinci used to evade a Breen attack ship, and diverting them from the away team on Lamenda Prime.
