The Latinum Lounge was a large common area aboard the Risian transport ship used to evacuate guests of the Temtibi Lagoon Resort on Risa during the Borg Invasion of the year 2381.
The lounge featured a bar, and a large bejeweled clock which hung behind it. Following the news of the Borg's defeat, it became the location of a large celebration. (TNG novel: Losing the Peace)
