Leet

Leet was a male Starfleet security guard serving aboard the USS Enterprise-E. In late 2379, he was involved in several operations on Tezwa while the Enterprise was providing aid, relief, and rebuilding resources to the planet. (TNG novel: A Time to Heal)

It was stated in the novel that Leet had blue skin, indicating he was possibly an Andorian, a Benzite, a Bolian, or some other race with blue skin.
