Legendary Pilot Warship is a Star Trek Online dev blog published on the ARC website on January 24, 2020. The developer blog was written by Cryptic Studios community rep Mike "AmbassadorKael" Fatum.

Summary[]

This blog is an entry in the Star Trek Online series Season 18: Awakening and STO video game: Legacy. It introduces the legendary pilot warship category, a subclass of the legendary starship and pilot escort. The legendary pilot warship is based on the Defiant-class escort and its sister ship classes, and includes a facelift of these for the occasion of the game's 10th anniversary.

The dev blog includes a render of a USS Defiant, with the brand-new feature of nose art. The five designs for nose art, each one representing a war this ship and class saw action in, are inspired by the Defiant-class development patch.

The blog also acts as a sub-page to the STO website: Legacy: 10th Anniversary Legendary Starship Bundles.
