Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

The Lekk Deep Space Force was the military service of the Lekks in the 24th century.

History and specifics[]

In 2375, Second Lieutenant Tyla of the Lekk Deep Space Force was abducted alongside Doctor Maalot by the Qavoks, being in the wrong place when the hostile species took the Lekk First Citizen and his cabinet.

Upon escaping their captors, using the Qavok prince's yacht, the dup managed to find sanctuary on the USS Voyager. After informing the crew about the Qavok's alleged plan to direct a binary neutron star to the Lekk system, the crew of the Voyager aided the Lekk in preventing that outcome.

After they neutralized the Qavok from using the star for their plot, they had to deal with the Qavok's arch enemies, the Xorms, who were plotting to do the same against the Qavok. Tyla thwarted the Xorm by using the Qavok prince's ship to redirect the neutron star so that it would travel and explode harmlessly outside the galaxy. (VOY novel: Death of a Neutron Star)
