Doctor Lena Glau was a Human woman who served as the assistant chief medical officer aboard the USS Aventine by 2381 under Simon Tarses.

During the Borg Invasion of 2381, the Aventine attacked and boarded a Borg scout, securing the vinculum. The engagement caused a number of injuries, both from Borg drone attacks and friendly fire incidents. Glau led the triage team that assessed arrivals to sickbay. One patient came in with a gaping chest wound, and she suspected that there was less than two minutes available to save him; Tarses offered to help, but she pointed out he had his hands full with sh'Aqabaa. (ST - Destiny novel: Lost Souls)

Trivia

The character was named in honor of Summer Glau and Lena Headey of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles according to author David Mack in the Lost Souls discussion thread at TrekBBS.
