In the Kelvin timeline mirror universe, Leonard McCoy was a Terran male who lived during the 23rd century, McCoy was the chief medical officer of the ISS Enterprise in 2258. (TOS comic: "Mirrored, Part 1")

He served as the chief medical officer aboard the Narada after it was captured by Commander James T. Kirk. Following Nyota Uhura's coup and her accession to the captaincy, McCoy continued to serve in this role. (TOS comics: "Mirrored, Part 1", "Mirrored, Part 2")
