The Leonardo da Vinci hologram was a character created in the 24th century. The hologram was based on Flint or the real Leonardo da Vinci.(TOS episode: "Requiem for Methuselah"; VOY episodes: "Scorpion", "The Raven", "Scientific Method", "Concerning Flight", "The Omega Directive"; LD episode: "Crisis Point")

History[]

During the USS Voyager's voyage through the Delta Quadrant, Captain Kathryn Janeway created a holo-program that casted her as da Vinci's apprentice in his workshop in 15th century Florence, Italy. da Vinci was an advisor to Janeway when she was dealing with both the Borg and Species 8472 during their War in 2374. (VOY episode: "Scorpion")

Later that year, da Vinci was taken by pirates under Tau. da Vinci was activated when Tau gave him The Doctor's Mobile emitter and believed that he was in "America". In Tau's possesion, da Vinci created several devices. He was eventually convinced to return to "Europe" by Janeway and helped her return to Voyager.(VOY episode: "Concerning Flight"; VOY reference: Voyager Companion)

Another version of the da Vinci hologram was used aboard the USS Cerritos in 2380. In the Cerritos' version, da Vinci took part in Skeet shooting with ensigns D'Vana Tendi, Samanthan Rutherford, and Beckett Mariner. He was also part of Mariner's holodeck movie, Crisis Point: The Rise of Vindicta. At the end of the movie, da Vinci shot Vindicta.(LD episode: "Crisis Point")
