Lewis was a 23rd century Human woman, an officer in Starfleet in the 2260s decade in charge of personnel placement for Starbases 25 through 30.
Biography[]
In 2268, Commander Lewis spoke with Captain James T. Kirk when he tried to get in touch with Commodore Carl Jefferson. She informed Kirk that the Commodore's placement on Starbase 27 had only been temporary, and was excused from duty directly by Starfleet Command. (TOS - Section 31 novel: Cloak)
