In the 2360s decade, the Lewis was assigned to the starship USS Enterprise.
In the year 2371, the Lewis was flown by Lieutenant Sam Redbay to provide cover for Commander William T. Riker when Riker was attempting to stop the Furies. (TNG - Invasion! novel: The Soldiers of Fear)
The USS Voyager discovered the Lewis in the Delta Quadrant. (VOY - Invasion! novel: The Final Fury)
