Lidell was a 23rd century female. By the late 2250s, Lidell was serving in Starfleet as an ensign assigned to the USS Constitution.
Whilst trying to bring his friend, James T. Kirk, out of his shell, Gary Mitchell suggested that Lidell would love a tour of the Constitution's botanical gardens with Kirk. Unfortunately, Kirk refused Mitchell's offer to set up a date. (TOS - My Brother's Keeper novel: Constitution)
