Ligos was a star system, located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants.

History and specifics

The Ligos system's orbit was the location of a number of worlds, including seventh planet Ligos VII, where researchers from the United Federation of Planets Starfleet science team visited in the year 2369. (TNG episode: "Rascals")

In TNG video game: Birth of the Federation, the orbital configuration of this and other game map star systems was randomly generated each time a new game started.
