The Linnavhava was the centuries old residence of the Domo of the Breen Confederacy. Sprawling around the structure was a submerged city that could be seen from the shielded promontory. Invitations to meet the leader of the Breen Confederacy at this location was deemed a rare event even for higher ranked members of the military. The site consisted of subtle scanning instruments that checked visitors for any signs of weapons.
In 2384, Thot Tran of the Special Research Division of the Breen military being invited to the Linnavhava to meet with Domo Brex. Brex sought to get an update from Tran on his project as it aided the position of the Breen in the Typhon Pact. (TNG - Cold Equations novel: Silent Weapons)
