"Liquid dilithium" was the nickname James T. Kirk gave to a Mestiko liquor served at a diplomatic function on that planet in 2267. The drink had a pungent fruitiness, which masked its alcoholic potency. The beverage also had an unfermented, non-alcoholic version. (TOS - Mere Anarchy eBook: The Centre Cannot Hold)
