Lirahn was a female Selakar, one of the leaders of her people and later a councillor in the Axis Council of the Axis of Time.

Biography[]

Like all Selakar, she had great psionic powers, including the ability to manipulate others' minds. In this way she had a number of Siri servants. She also used her powers to manipulate the other councillors of the Axis to her ends. She was attempting to loosen temporal trade laws so she could obtain a superweapon developed in her own time as a means of conquering the civilizations of her own time period. Her plan was foiled by Federation Department of Temporal Investigations agents Teresa Garcia and Meyo Ranjea. (DTI novel: Watching the Clock)
