Lisa Elgenn was a 23rd century Human woman who lived on Sheridan's World.
Biography[]
Elgenn was born in the early 2250s as a Federation citizen. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, she was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
She gained professional-level training in agricultural technology. She was naturally streetwise and was the second luckiest among the Human colonists. She served as a general laborer at the colony.
In 2283, when she was 30 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide the colony's future. Elgenn supported an alliance with the Klingon Empire, although if forced to choose she strongly preferred allying with the Federation than for the planet to become independent.
