Glinn Lleye was a Cardassian military officer in the early-2360s.

In 2362, Lleye was serving as the weapons officer aboard the CDS Lakar when it was part of an engagement with the USS Rutledge and he reported a weapons hold after the Lakar was ordered not to engage. Later that year, Lleye was on the Lakar when it attacked Setlik III and he reported that there were energy signatures on the planet which could be weapons, giving Dal Enkoa an excuse to attack.
