Lok (Tol)

Lok in 2266

Lok was the telepathic queen of the Tol people on the planet Neesan in the 23rd century. Circa 2264, she received a telepathic image of Spock, believing it to be the image of the Tol god Unruho and had a massive stone carving made bearing Spock's image.

When the USS Enterprise visited in 2266, Lok planned to execute Captain Kirk's landing party for trespassing on the sacred ground of Unruho, but Spock posed as the god to prevent this from happening, and later to bring peace between the Tol and the Kovar. (TOS comic: "The Cosmic Cavemen")
