Lokauruk was an underwater city known in the Federation in the 23rd century.
Lokauruk had been the subject of a film at some point prior to the 2260s decade. The film used a miniature of the city which had been provided by Nuri Jakarz through N-J Film Effects Studio.
In the year 2266, Kirk found the miniature of Lokauruk while searching Jakarz's home. (TOS comic: "The Trial of Captain Kirk")
