Lomatin IV was a planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the fourth planet in orbit of the Lomatin star system.
In the year 2351 BCE (reference stardate −43/51), two states signatory to the Treaty of Kammzdast fought the Battle of Lomatin IV here.
