Lorrav was a male Romulan who joined the Unification movement.

In 2382, Lorrav was part of a group of Unificationists who traveled from Glintara to Janalwa to support and advise the Kinshaya Devotionalists in their non-violent protest of the Kinshaya government. The young man caught the attention of another Romulan on the journey, Janil, who was actually Starfleet Lieutenant T'Ryssa Chen under cover, who found his puppy dog eyes attractive.

After arriving in Rashtag and meeting with the Devotionalists, the two groups meditated together into the evening. Lorrav was approached by Chen and the two wandered off from the others, with Chen asking Lorrav if he was nervous about the plans. Lorrav believed fear was a tool, but admitted he was scared and lacked the conviction of the Romulan leader Vranien or the Kinshaya leader Yeffir. Chen inquired what he typically did when nervous, and he admitted to eating but was not particularly hungry; Chen kissed him and suggested maybe the two could work up an appetite. However, Chen did eventually and politely stop the two from going too far.

After the first public rally the next morning ended with Kinshaya and Romulans clashing with the local Inquisitors, forcing Breen shock troops to fire on and disperse the crowd with disruptors, the government had the communication network locked down to prevent word getting out. In preparation for a second rally the following day, Chen believed she could override the lockout if she could reach a communications center, something that Lorrav was able to perform.

The second rally drew a much larger crowd - and a more forceful response from the Inquisitors and Breen troops, who fired heavily upon the assembly. Although the Devotionalists stood firm in their non-violent protest, over a hundred were killed before the firing stopped, including Lorrav; Chen wept over his burned and lifeless body.
