Lieutenant Loskywitz was a Human male who was assigned to security aboard the USS Aventine in the 24th century.
After the runabout USS Seine escaped from the Aventine by blowing out the shuttlebay doors, Loskywitz was a member of the boarding party to recover the runabout after it passed through a subspace tunnel ending in the Azure Nebula. (ST - Destiny novel: Gods of Night)
