Other Federation-registered supply ships of the same era were shown in canon to be modifications of the Miranda-class (the class 6 supply ship USS Lantree) and the Oberth-class (the USS Biko). It's possible this unseen vessel was a sister ship of those specifications, but it is also possible it was of an entirely different class.
