Doctor "Louise Drayton" was a 24th century Romulan woman, disguised as a Human, who settled in the village of New Reykjavik on the planet Selva in the year 2367.
Biography[]
She very likely killed the original Louise, an entomologist from Ottawa. She manipulated the settlers and seduced Balak in the guise of a goddess, in an attempt to take the planet for the Romulans. She died in 2368 when the rising waters of Selva crashed onto her. (TNG novel: War Drums)
