Luxor was a planet located somewhere in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, in Federation space, orbiting the Terrilepton star system, at coordinates 6.59N 0.39E.

By the 2280s decade, Luxor was an outpost colony of the Federation, a center of agriculture with a population of 3.28 billion (mostly Human and humanoids) and a government with full-status Federation membership. (FASA RPG module: The Federation)
