Lydia (no last name given) was a 23rd century Human woman who served Starfleet as an engineering ensign assigned to Federation starship USS Enterprise in the 2270s.
Lydia was enjoying an intimate moment with her boyfriend, Cyron Williams, in his quarters when the two engineering ensigns were attacked by a werewolf, which vanished when Williams threw a bottle of Saurian brandy at it. (TOS comic: "The Haunting of Thallus!")
