Lyo Morhas

Lyo Morhas was an Icorian who served as the Federation Councillor from Icor IX in the 2260s and 2270s. As of 2270, Morhas was a freshman member of the Federation Intelligence Council Subcommittee. (DTI novel: Forgotten History)

Between May and July 2270 Rear Admiral Antonio Delgado took Councilors Morhas and Zhimen ch'Rhettel of Andor to an acclaimed multispecies burlesque revenue in Paris in order to win them over to his desire to create the legislation on the Department of Temporal Investigations.
