Lyra Omicron VI was a planet, the sixth planet of the Omicron Lyrae system, located in the galaxy's Alpha Quadrant.

History and specifics[]

At one point during Montgomery Scott's career aboard the Federation starship USS Enterprise, the vessel visited Lyra Omicron VI. While in orbit, a phenomena occurred with the transporter that produced a "feedback ghost", a type of unusual electromagnetic surge. The ship was turned upside down as an intruder alert was maintained for the next 24 hours.

In 2268, Scott described the incident to second engineer Dan Miller, saying that the search found no intruders, but it did expose a secret stash of chocolate bonbons. (TOS novel: Ghost-Walker)
