Headquartered in the city of Shzerensohr on the planet Cait, most of its revenue came from building civilian starships, though it also bid on Starfleet projects. It maintained divisions for construction, navigational systems, and construction research development. It was founded in the early 2200s decade, on reference stardate 1/3902.2. In 2270, M'Yengh Yards started building the prototype C'Laih-class warpshuttle. Two weeks prior, it secured a contract with Daystrom Data Concepts for the vessel's auxiliary control systems.
