Biography[]
In the year 2271, Starfleet engaged in a starship modernization project. Following the incident surrounding the return of the transformed Earth space probe V'ger in 2273[1], Captain Uribe oversaw the refits and development of ship classes under the Total Modification Programme. These ships were developed by the ASDB and its Department of Experimental Concepts and Applications and built by Starfleet shipwrights.
