Mackenzie Calhoun's family refers to the ancestors, descendants, and relatives of Mackenzie Calhoun. He has led a chaotic life as everything from a freedom fighter to a warlord to a Starfleet officer, and his family tree reflects this- his life is intertwined with fellow Xenexians, humans, aliens, and demigods.

Gr'zy of Calhoun, the father of M'k'n'zy and D'ndai who was beaten to death by Danteri soldiers.
- D'ndai of Calhoun, a son of Gr'zy, who was the leader of the people of Calhoun and a key leader during Xenex's war for independence against the Danteri.
- M'k'n'zy of Calhoun, a son of Gr'zy, who in his youth led bloody battles to free Xenex from Danteri rule. Later in life he joined Starfleet, took the name Mackenzie Calhoun, and eventually rose to become captain of the USS Excalibur and later USS Excalibur-A.
- Catrine of Calhoun, a clan widow of Calhoun who chose M'k'n'zy to father an heir. She was the mother of Xyon.
  - Xyon of Calhoun, son of M'k'n'zy and Catrine who left Xenex to travel the galaxy and eventually became romantically involved with Princess Kalinda of the Thallonian Empire.
- Elizabeth Paula Shelby, daughter of Brian and Anita Shelby, and wife of Mackenzie. A lifelong Starfleet officer, she rose through the ranks to become an admiral assigned to Space Station Bravo.
  - Moke, a Yakaban child who was the son of Rheela and the Being known as Zeus. He was adopted by Mackenzie after his mother's death.
