Malkus Chronicles

The Malkus Chronicles were a series of written accounts documenting the rule of Malkus the Mighty, a legendary leader of the Zalkat Union who supposedly reigned for a thousand years. Many fragmentary portions had been discovered prior to 2151; however, in that year, the crew of the Earth Starfleet ship Enterprise unearthed a complete version of the Chronicles on planet Beta Aurigae VII. This version of the Chronicles differed from other excerpts in that it was composed following the fall of Malkus, and also revealed information about four powerful weapons, dubbed "the Malkus Artifacts," the tyrant had used during his rule, and which had been hidden throughout the galaxy after his fall.
