Malla Tancreda was a female Betazoid and a counselor in Starfleet. Tancreda was also a member of Section 31.
Tancreda was assigned by the Federation Council to rehabilitate Valeris during her imprisonment at the stockade on Jaros II. At the same time, Tancreda was secretly gathering information for Section 31. Later, Tancreda attempted to recruit Elias Vaughn into Section 31, although Vaughn refused the offer.
