Mandalay sauce is a type of food condiment, a sauce originating with the Human civilization of the planet Earth.

History and specifics[]

Joseph Sisko served Creole shrimp with mandalay sauce. In 2371, Benjamin Sisko served it with a dinner for Jake Sisko, Mardah and himself. (DS9 episode: "The Abandoned")

Joseph served it in Sisko's Creole Kitchen. An advertisement in the Federation Travel Guide said customers would fall in love with the creole shrimp in mandalay sauce. (ST reference: Federation Travel Guide)
