Shuttlecraft Manhattan was a Starfleet shuttle attached to the USS Hood. The Manhattan was used by Lieutenant Tuvok to affect his "defection" to the Maquis in 2371. The shuttle was destroyed by the Maquis vessel Liberator in order to avoid its being tracked by the Hood. (VOY - The Brave and the Bold, Book Two novella: The Third Artifact)
