Maparian ale

Maparian ale was a drink available in the 24th century. This ale sometimes had pazafer added to enhance the flavor.

The ale was a favorite of Lady Grilka, who once ordered the drink for her and Quark after the couple had participated in a re-enactment of the Battle of Qam-Chee in 2373. (DS9 episode: "Looking for par'Mach in All the Wrong Places", DS9 short story: "... Loved I Not Honor More")
