Margaret I. Kuykendall was a 23rd century Deltan woman, a career officer in the Federation Starfleet.

Biography[]

By the 2280s decade, Kuykendall had reached the flag officer rank of commodore in the Starfleet Intelligence organization. Commodore Kuykendall was division chief of legislative affairs for the Starfleet Intelligence Administration Division, based on Terra.
