Markov-Kalto was a planet in the Markov-Kalto system, in the space of the galaxy's Delta Quadrant. It was the homeworld of a humanoid civilisation.

In 2371, the USS Voyager accidentally created a timeline in which all life on Markov-Kalto was destroyed. This timeline was averted by Captain Kathryn Janeway. (VOY episode: "Time and Again")
