Marratt was a male Cardassian who lived in the 24th century.
Marratt attended the Cardassian Military Academy and had risen to the rank of Gul by 2372. He was also a junior member of the Detapa Council. Marratt had the reputation of being a lady's man, especially with the wives of other officers. In 2372, Gul Dukat, concerned that his wife would become involved with Marratt, planned to demote him and assign him to the Cardassian embassy on Breen, a very cold assignment.
